We’re excited to announce the launch of Rivery Community!

This is a brand-new forum for any Rivery user to discover, discuss, and share practical advice to make the most of Rivery’s platform.

We built the Rivery Community as a way to connect with customers, and more importantly, as a way to help customers connect with each other.

The Rivery Community is designed for anyone who uses Rivery.

  • Firstly, you’ll be able to stay up to date with the latest product updates and features.
  • Secondly, you’ll be able to interact with our team and other customers to get and give advice.
  • Thirdly, you’ll have access to a knowledge base that includes resources and answers to some of your most frequent questions or challenges.

What can I expect from joining Rivery Community?

It only takes one click to unlock your access to this community.

Since it’s a very niche forum, specifically created for Rivery users, all subjects and conversations are focused and to the point. After all, it’s a technical forum for data professionals!

These are the main topics, resources, and subjects that you can expect to find:

News

Learn about the newest API connectors to 3rd party platforms, cloud partnerships, and new product features.

While we send a monthly newsletter to our users, it’s often impossible to include every single update. Joining Rivery’s community is the best way to stay informed and make sure your team is using our latest features and additions.

Support

While our support team will always be available, we wanted to create a self-service knowledge base where users can access archived answers, explanations, and guides to solve simple issues.

Knowledge

Each team and each company operates differently. Showcasing some best practices and use cases that will help you create and manage your data pipeline more efficiently is hugely beneficial – especially when starting at a new company or managing a new data/cloud tech stack.

Rivery’s community is also a great forum to share shortcuts, tips and hacks to speed up processes and simplify them with ingenious ways to optimize our data pipeline.

Ideas

We don’t want to restrict the community to just Rivery updates, so we created an environment for our users to connect and engage. Peer-to-peer recommendations are a powerful way to discover new solutions or help the community at large.

We hope you join the community and it serves you as a knowledge base and resource to learn and connect with fellow data professionals.

To join, simply click the Sign Up button in the top-right corner of the page and you’re all set. As always, we’re open to suggestions and recommendations from our users.

So if you have any ideas or recommendations on how to improve Rivery Community, let us know!
