As our company grows, we are looking for the brightest minds across multiple disciplines to join our teams in New York, London, and Tel Aviv.

We are looking to hire a Solutions Engineer to join our Customer Solutions team! This person will help to provide technical expertise to our sales cycle, working closely with our Sales team members and prospective customers throughout the onboarding process. In addition, this role will be called upon to assist with technical aspects of marketing content and to consolidate customer feedback for Product and Engineering teams.


  • Partner with the Sales team to conduct compelling product demos
  • Lead POC exercises with potential clients and remove technical bottlenecks in the sales cycle
  • Serve as the technical SME throughout the sales cycle and client onboarding phase
  • Conduct technical enablement sessions to existing customers to ensure the success of Rivery within their organization
  • Present technical and architectural concepts to a variety of audiences, including developers, architects, and IT professionals
  • Provide insightful feedback from customers and partners to Product and Engineering teams
  • Build reusable Rivery solutions to solve for customer use-cases and needs that can be leveraged by the wider Rivery ecosystem
  • Be an active member and contributor in the Rivery Community by sharing knowledge and best practices of the platform


  • 2+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Data Engineer, or Solutions Architect
  • Experience in sales or supporting sales teams
  • Experience writing SQL and a strong understanding of ELT concepts and best practices
  • Ability to explain and resolve common technical aspects of SaaS software
  • Ability to explain technical concepts and features to a non-technical audience
  • Self-starter that is comfortable with ambiguity in a start-up, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift, Azure SQL DWH is preferred
  • Experience working with dashboarding/visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Thoughtspot, Qlik is a plus
  • Experience developing data pipelines via connecting to various RESTful APIs is a plus
