We are looking to hire a Technical Customer Success associate to join our Customer Solutions team! This person will help to provide technical expertise and support to both prospective and existing customers. In addition, this role will be called upon to assist with technical aspects of marketing content and to consolidate customer feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
