We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Israel.

In this role you will

  • Research and identify ideal prospects within your assigned vertical using various sources like databases, social media, and referrals.
  • Manage Inbound and Outbound leads.
  • Make cold calls, send personalized emails, and engage prospects through social media to initiate conversations and schedule meetings to generate new sales opportunities in the EMEA market. 
  • Deliver value proposition and innitial qualify prospect needs.
  • Meet quarterly targets and daily KPIs, work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to meet our company's goals.
  • Take active part in events, generate lead and follow ups.

Required skills

  • +2 years BDR/SDR experience in a B2B software/SaaS company
  • Deep understanding of B2B software sales, sales processes, Outbound and Inbound lead generation strategies.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English- written and spoken.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, adapt to multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
  • Strong desire and ability to achieve targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel to events when needed.
