What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive growth and predict performance by owning the entire acquisition strategy with a focus on driving customer acquisition across paid, organic and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Build our growth strategy including customer journeys by collaborating with sales, product and CS teams to engage and convert prospects at each stage of the funnel.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our buyers to create ads, messaging and promotions that move them through the funnel and speed up sales velocity
  • Identify opportunities across all stages of the customer lifecycle to drive awareness adoption, activation, and retention by implementing new tactics, running optimization tests, and improving campaign performance.
  • Analyze marketing program outcomes, drawing insights to inform decision making.
  • Own and execute media planning and budget allocation, responsible for measuring and reporting on ROI.



  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS marketing and demand generation and a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision making, and technical ability.
  • Excellent writing, communication, time management, and project management skills.
  • Experienced in working with marketing and analytics tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, & Tableau. 
  • Able to identify and select new tools to add to the marketing stack and roll out integration and adoption processes across the business.
  • Analytical mind, able to focus on marketing performance and conversion, leading the management of the marketing funnel.
