WalkMe™ provides a cloud-based service designed to help professionals guide and engage prospects and customers, and complete online tasks. Their Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) began as a platform-agnostic guidance system to simplify user experience. They have successfully developed new ways to identify and engage users across platforms and devices. With offices in San Francisco, Raleigh, New York, Paris, Tel Aviv, and Sydney, their solutions are used by thousands of companies to drive higher engagement and adoption of their digital assets.
As WalkMe™ grew the size of their business operations exponentially over the past year, they understood the need to integrate and align all their BI tools and reporting systems into a single data warehouse. This would give them an edge to manage and streamline their all their business insights – from financial data to to marketing performance. Their Information Management team was tasked to make this happen. Even though most of the business data to date was taken in the past from either Salesforce analytics or SAP reports, the business was ready to implement a single repository with a unified analytics platform to host and process all the company data. The challenge was to build a simple and efficient decision-making tool that could be used by the entire business, from management to sales and marketing teams.
Rivery helped WalkMe™ to swiftly orchestrate their BI integration. By using the platform’s existing ‘out-the-box’ integrations, they were able to integrate their data from Salesforce and SAP instantly into their own data warehouse. This gave them control over their own data, without being forced to rely upon the analytics and reporting capabilities of third-party tools, which didn’t necessarily match their KPIs. In addition, they connected all their marketing performance data through Rivery. This includes all the data from Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. – which is now at the fingertips of all campaign managers to deep-dive into their marketing performance.
What’s more, by having all the data in the cloud under one roof, new and better business analysis could be done by combining sales, marketing, and other customer usage data to discover new insights that were previously out of reach since all the data was spread across multiple platforms.
In record time, WalkMe™ had a single repository for their data. It’s been initially rolled out across management and key users, who will have access to it before the rest of the company can enjoy it in the near future. Rivery enabled them to integrate all the data from third-party platforms as well as internal data, without the need to develop a bespoke BI integrations to orchestrate and align all their data sources.
This means that their insights are always up to date and readily available in the cloud. The company’s Information Systems team is able to instantly get a full view of the organization through its data simply exporting the Rivery’s insights from Redshift to their visualization tool. WalkMe™ uses Tableau as their visualization platform to display their business insights – the final step to an efficiently managed data infrastructure that helps them be more data-driven as they take their business to new heights.
