Cloud Integration Definition

Cloud Integration

Cloud integration is a form of technology that integrates and combines cloud-based systems into a unified whole. This enables organizations to maintain and merge data and applications across multiple cloud centers into a single framework.

Cloud integration unlocks a seamless pathway between business applications and cloud servers. The technology is often used to merge data from customer relationship management systems (CRMs), enterprise resource planning systems (ERPs), data analytics platforms, in the cloud.

This integration connects all of a business’s information together. It can collect data from every system and source, whether external or internal, which gives every user access to the data in real-time.

Once all of this data is collected, connected, and stored, it can be accessed on a potentially unlimited amount of devices over the internet or various networks.
