This NetSuite2.com kit combines 14 different NetSuite tables into one consolidated data model, centralized in your data warehouse.

The data model includes 9 dimension tables and 3 fact tables and across key financial data such as the Balance sheet, Income statements and Transaction lines.

With this unified data model, data analysts can easily standardize their NetSuite2.com analysis and accelerate the development of additional data models on top of NetSuite and other data sources.

This kit includes

– Data ingestion river for Netsuite2.com entities such as transactions, transaction lines, currency, subsidiary, etc.

– SQL logic that creates 3 master fact tables across NetSuite2.com most used reports

– Master orchestration river

Configuring this kit for use

Variables

In this kit, there are variables that are used to make for dynamic use of target configuration. {Database_name} is used in all Target configurations and queries as the target database name. For Target schemas, there are 2 variables to configure, one for the raw data tables (ODS schema) and the other one for the dimension and fact tables (DWH schema). The full list of variables needed is:

Connections

Upon importing the Kit, you can select pre-existing source and target connections, which will be applied to the imported rivers where applicable. If you skip this step, Kits are imported with ‘blank’ source and target connections. In this case, in order to use the kit, you have two options:
