Today, we’re excited to introduce new Rivery API connectors for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Audience Studio. Our customers can now aggregate and orchestrate marketing data from Salesforce’s product suite using Rivery.
Salesforce is the world’s leading CRM software and enterprise cloud ecosystem. The company’s integrated solution helps businesses manage every interaction with customers and prospects. But the company also offers tools that support marketing beyond managing leads and customers through their life cycles.
In addition to the existing Salesforce API, which we updated recently to run 4 times faster, Rivery now also offers API connectors for:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a unified marketing platform to track consumers, engage them, and personalize their experience across channels. The solution provides digital marketing automation, analytics, and lead management for B2B and B2C companies. This includes digital marketing tools related to email marketing, social media, digital advertising, mobile messaging, and more.
The aim of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is to help personalize experiences across email, mobile, social, advertising, and the web. For example, use Rivery’s API to pull email marketing data or reports about subscriber rates or conversions.
Salesforce Audience Studio
Salesforce Audience Studio allows publishers and marketers to collect and organize all of their consumer web data. This enables organizations to consolidate and reconcile first-party “web-behavior” data generated by consumers engaging with content using data from various third party data providers.
Organizations can also integrate data from user registration and subscription databases into Audience Studio and join that data with web behavior and third party data. The API provides access to components such as Sites, Audience Segments, Events, and more.
Leveraging Salesforce APIs with Rivery
For many companies, Salesforce integrations are essential to manage the data on their opportunities, leads and prospects. With Rivery, users can aggregate this data, combine it with other business metrics, and get fresh business insights on the performance of their sales pipeline.
At Rivery, it’s our priority to ensure that our native data integrations are always up to date. This is why we also updated Salesforce’s main API to ensure Rivery is compatible with its latest version (Salesforce Version 45 in case you’re wondering!)
We hope you find these updates valuable. If there are other specific tools from Salesforce’s product suite you’d like us to work on next, get in touch!
