We are looking for a driven Account Executive to join our high-performing Sales team, pursue new business opportunities, deepen customer relationships, build partnerships, and expand existing customer accounts through our consumption-based pricing model.

This role will be reporting directly to our Global VP of Sales.

In this role you will

  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and sourcing to closing deals and ongoing client management, while also managing and closing deals from our inbound funnel.
  • Grow and manage your sales pipeline: Identify top targets and determine outreach sequences and strategies to initiate a relationship.
  • Turn Sales Qualified Leads into customers by identifying potential clients needs, and tailor the right solution for them.
  • Grow and leverage tech and SI partnerships to win new accounts and expand within existing accounts.
  • Find new sales opportunities through networking, turn them into sales and create long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and tap into our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) to drive business growth.

Required skills

  • 4+ combined years in industry and sales.
  • Prior experience in data integration or a related field.
  • Experience in a previous small/mid-market Account Executive position.
  • Prior work selling and delivering products in new or early stage markets.
  • Track record of influencing and building strong, lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Rivery Offers

The target base compensation range for this role: $110k-$130k with a bonus target range of an additional 50-75% of the base as a commission target. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individuals skills, experience, qualifications, geographical location, and our business needs and objectives. Our overall compensation packages include base salary, equity and the benefits and perks listed below:
