The nvl.ai catalogue and observability platform provides you with AI tools to autodiscover and catalogue your data pipeline, ensuring continuous verification and preservation of data reliability and integrity.
This kit enables you to run data observability policies in the nvl.ai platform. In nvl.ai, you can define, execute and fix data quality issues using a vast no-code policies and easily custom your own low-code policies. By integrating Rivery to nvl.ai you will be able to test and validate your Rivery processes on a process and on any asset level (River, table, field etc).
This kit enables you to run data observability policies in 2 different modes:
- Specific Data Test – when you run a process within Rivery and then run specific Data Policies to validate the data that was just created.
Use this option and run the river: nvl.ai Run Test Logic River [To Run/Schedule] - Specific Data Asset – when you wish to run and validate a process related to a specific data asset (as a table or a view) you can run all nvl.ai policies using the river: nvl.ai Run Test Logic River [To Run/Schedule]
Interaction/Steps
- Connection login credentials
- In the Connection “nvl.ai Login Connection”, Enter Connection Name
- Under the key “Username” enter your nvl.ai username as value.
- Under the key “password” enter your nvl.ai password name as value.
- Save the connection.
- For specific Data Policies run
- Open river: nvl.ai Run Test Action River
- Go to app.nvl.ai, to the current test you want to run.
- Click on the key icon.
- Paste the string to the river’s Request Body
- Example of body
- Save the river.
- For specific Asset Policies run
- Open river: nvl.ai Run Test Per Asset Action River
- Go to app.nvl.ai, to the current asset you want to validate.
- Click on the key icon.
- Paste the string to the river’s Request Body
